Robust SAS Macro Programming Testing Plans
Do write SAS macros? Have you converted your SAS program to a SAS macro? You can if you have a well written and documented SAS program that is robust, focused and can be used 'easily applied and with minimum effort'.
Like many SAS programmers, you write SAS macros to save time from repeating the same SAS code. This presentation will show a design plan to make SAS macro programs more robust to better handle bad data as well as bad macro calls. The objective is to create SAS macros that enforce automation and standards for high quality results.
